As we bring another year to a close, I would thank everyone in the family for continued strength, dignity, creativity and leadership you show every day, in so many different countries and walks of life. For all the challenges faced during this pandemic, we are seeing a historic new era of opportunity, in part through the metaverse, to advance all the core strategic and ethical plans for this decade.
May we continue to be bold in how we evolve, and humble in honoring the living history of the greater family.
