House of Lacche: Proclamation P001-2024
In honor of the many generations of the House of Lacche -- past, present and future, we formally reaffirm the human right of having full sovereignty and self-determination. May this day be both a time of reflection and celebration for the many generations and branches of the House of Lacche who together create the common and lasting bond of one family.
I hereby affirm this decision by the authority vested in me by the House of Lacche.
